Position Overview

We are looking for a Data Engineer to build and scale a centralized data environment powered by Microsoft Fabric. This role focuses on integrating multiple business systems into a unified data lake, enabling real-time visibility across sales, marketing, operations, safety, and finance.

You will play a key role in connecting platforms, designing data pipelines, and ensuring high-quality data is available for reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Pipeline Development

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines feeding into the
• Microsoft Fabric data lake
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes
• Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability

System Integration
Integrate a variety of platforms into the central data environment, including:

• CRM and ERP systems
• Marketing and automation tools
• AI outbound platforms
• Safety and compliance systems
• Internal operational tools

Data Quality & Management

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all pipelines
• Implement validation and monitoring processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline and data issues

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Data Insights lead and business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions
• Deliver clean datasets for BI dashboards and reporting
